The payment structure below is for regular cleaning only. All the other services will be paid in full to Tidy Touch Housekeeping Maidstone LTD.
 

 

1. Direct Payment to Your Cleaner:

​

At the time of each clean, you will pay your cleaner directly:

    •    £15 per hour for regular cleaning

Payment can be made by BACS (bank transfer) or cash.

 

2. Monthly Company Invoice:

​

Separately, you will receive a monthly invoice from Tidy Touch Housekeeping Maidstone Ltd for the management service:

    •    £5 per hour for regular cleaning

Payment can be made via standing order or BACS.

 

The company invoice covers:

 

    •    Vetting and recruitment of trusted cleaners

    •    Insurance cover during your service

    •    Organisation of cover for the cleaner's absence ( if you wish)

    •    Administrative support and client services

    •    Eco-friendly products and equipment provided for your cleans

• Unlike most cleaning companies/agencies, we DO NOT charge our fees when a clean is not required; However, at least 24h notice must be provided, or you will be charged the full service price.

• You are also NOT required to sign any contract, as we believe mutual trust is the foundation of all our working relationships. 

 

​This system supports a structure that is fair, compliant, and transparent.
