A Kind Note About Hoarding​

 

While we are experienced in helping clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or behind with their home, we are not able to take on hoarding cases.

 

This is because hoarding situations often require: Specialist mental-health support, Trained hoarding practitioners, Safety risk assessments, Multi-agency involvement (health, housing, social services), Additional insurance and equipment that general decluttering teams cannot legally provide.

 

We want every person to receive the right level of care and support.

 

If your situation needs a hoarding specialist, we will kindly signpost you to appropriate local services that are trained to help safely.
