Clean Homes, Clear Minds

Private, structured support for women
navigating overwhelm, neurodiversity and life transitions.

Hello 🤍

Thank you for getting in touch.

A gentle place to start

If your home feels heavy, chaotic, or emotionally draining, you’re not alone, and you’re not failing.

Clean Homes, Clear Minds is a calm, supportive in-home service for women who feel overwhelmed and need help without judgment, pressure or unrealistic expectations.

This is not about perfection.
It’s about creating space, clarity and systems that actually work for you.

We move slowly, respectfully and at your pace.

The In-Person Reset

🧺 3 in-person sessions of up to 4 hours each

Each session is guided and supportive, focused on reducing overwhelm and building momentum gently.

Included in the reset:

  • Thoughtful decluttering and organisation, step by step

  • A calm, non-judgemental, neurodiversity-aware approach

  • Light reset cleaning only where it supports the organising process

  • Simple, personalised systems that are easy to maintain

This service does not replace regular or deep cleaning.

Investment: £700
(up to 12 hours total — offered as a package to allow real progress and continuity)

Online Aftercare

Some women find that continued support helps them stay grounded once the in-person work is complete.

If you’d like ongoing reassurance, accountability and gentle guidance:

💻 3 online support sessions (45–60 minutes each)

  • Space to check in

  • Help maintaining progress

  • Support with routines, habits and decision fatigue

£200 when booked together
£300 if added later

About the approach

This service is intentionally limited and best suited to women who value a gentle, structured and supportive process, rather than a quick fix.

My work is grounded in years of hands-on experience supporting people in their homes, lived understanding, and a background in psychology, sociology and public service. I stay firmly within my scope, offering practical, structured support, emotional safety and accountability, not therapy or clinical treatment.

While I can’t ethically guarantee specific outcomes, I do guarantee a respectful, personalised process and consistent one-to-one support throughout.

This service is intentionally limited and best suited to women who value a gentle, structured and supportive approach, rather than a quick fix.

If this feels aligned, I’d be happy to share availability and next steps 🤍
