My Story
Hi, I’m Giada, founder and Director of Tidy Touch Housekeeping Maidstone LTD and the soul behind “Clean Homes, Clear Minds.”

Originally from Italy, I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind, which led me to study psychology and sociology. In 2009, I moved to London, working as a housekeeper and maternity nurse before settling in Maidstone with my family in 2016.

After five years with the police, where I worked closely with social services and mental health professionals, I saw just how much people carry — emotionally and mentally. That time shaped me, especially as I navigated my own challenges with perimenopause and an ADHD diagnosis.

Eventually, I left that role to start something more aligned with my values. Tidy Touch was the beginning, but I soon felt called to offer more than just cleaning.
That’s how “Clean Homes, Clear Minds” was born, a project supporting women who feel overwhelmed by their homes or life circumstances.

I now blend practical help with emotional support, offering a non-judgmental hand and a fresh start.

I actively keep myself up to date with developments in the mental health field and continually expand my knowledge by achieving new certifications, most recently in Hoarding Awareness. This helps me better support clients through compassionate, informed, and practical services."
Every day, I feel lucky to help others create space not just in their homes, but in their minds and hearts too.

My Mission
With "Clean Homes, Clear Minds", my mission is to provide a judgment-free and empathetic approach to decluttering and organizing, recognizing the intimate connection between a clean space and a clear mind. I believe in offering more than just a physical service; it's about supporting clients on their journey to mental well-being. Every step is met with empathy, understanding, and a genuine commitment to helping people reclaim their space and their sense of calm.
