By booking with Tidy Touch Housekeeping Maidstone Ltd, you agree to these terms:

Allow a 30 minutes window for arrival from the time of appointment.Declutter all surfaces and floors prior to service of personal items so we may access those areas to clean. (unless previously discussed).​

In the event of a lockout, we advise our staff to wait 15 minutes and then leave the property. ​

Full payment is due in the event of the lock out to compensate employees. A new appointment and additional payment must be made.

For insurance & billing purposes, we must record before and after pictures or videos. If you do not want your home on social media, we understand. Let us know.

We do not move furniture if too heavy or electronics.

No ladders higher than a 2 step stool.

If live rodents/pests are present in the home, a new appointment must be made when they're eliminated and removed.

We provide all products if you go for that option however, we do ask you to have toilet brushes per each bathroom.

Human and animal excrement are considered biohazards and will not be cleaned unless previously discussed.

Natural light is not satisfactory.

All plumbing, lighting, and electricity must be working properly in each room, or we will not clean in that room.

If no free parking is available, clients must pay for the cleaner's parking.

For the safety and efficiency of our cleaning process, we ask that clients temporarily vacate the room while we perform our services. This helps prevent accidents such as slip and falls on freshly mopped floors or tripping over equipment and vacuum cords, and it will ensure we are able to clean quickly and efficiently. We understand that some may work from home or have disabilities, and we appreciate your cooperation in allowing us to clean uninterrupted.

Due to safety regulations, we can not clean while other service providers are present (painters, plumbers, electricians). A new appointment must be made.

Most of the services are billed per hour, per cleaner. Any job that goes past the estimated time frame will be billed hourly per cleaner. ​​

Payment is due upon completion of service. All payments received after 3 days will incur a £10 per day late fee. If final payment is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to prosecute.

We will happily address any unsatisfactory areas that were serviced. Re-cleans and re-touches must be requested within 24 hours of service. We do not issue refunds.​​
