Deep clean & start/end of tenancy 

 

It is impossible to predict the exact duration of a thorough deep cleaning of a house in advance. Our understanding of the time required can only be refined after completing at least half of the task on the day.

The provided quotation serves as an estimate, representing the minimum time necessary to execute the specific cleaning job.

​

Should we require additional time, we will promptly inform you. You will then have the option to approve us extending the time or to request that we complete the job at the initial proposed time. However, if you choose not to extend the time, you acknowledge that the house will be left in the state it is after the end of the initial proposed time.

​

In certain instances, we may be unable to extend our stay on the same day and will need to schedule a return visit on a different day. 

​

Please be assured that we will always do our best to finish the job in the estimate time. 

 

Estimate:

 

Studio:       1 person 4h : £100

 

1 bedroom: 1 person 5h : £120

 

2 bedrooms: 2 people 3h each : from £150

 

3 bedroom:  2 people 4h each : from £180

 

4 bedrooms: 3 people 4h each : from £270

 

5 bedrooms: 4 people 4h each : from £400

 

6+ from £500

 

Please note £22.50 per person, will be applied for any extra hour.
