It is impossible to predict the exact duration of a thorough deep cleaning of a house in advance.

Our understanding of the time required can only be refined after completing at least half of the task on the day.

The provided quotation serves as an estimate, representing the minimum time necessary to execute the specific cleaning job (the prices are based on the whole house, even if some of the bedrooms don't need to be cleaned)

Should we require additional time, we will promptly inform you. You will then have the option to approve us extending the time or to request that we complete the job at the initial proposed time. However, if you choose not to extend the time, you acknowledge that the house will be left in its state after the initial proposed time ends.

In certain instances, we may be unable to extend our stay on the same day and must schedule a return visit on a different day. ( This applies to deep cleaning only)
