Payment Structure
The payment structure below is for regular cleaning only.
All the other services will be paid in full to Tidy Touch Housekeeping Maidstone LTD.
Our Residential Cleaning Agency
At Tidy Touch Housekeeping, we connect you with experienced, vetted cleaners for your home. Think of us as your personal cleaning agency: we manage the logistics, ensure quality, and handle all administrative work, while you pay your cleaner directly. Our goal is to make your life easier, provide reliable cleaners, straightforward service, and no surprises.
How it works:

We match you with a cleaner – Experienced and vetted.

You pay your cleaner directly – No hidden costs, simple payment.

We handle the back-end – Scheduling, quality checks, and monthly agency fees to keep the service running smoothly.
Direct Payment to Your Cleaner:
At the time of each clean, you will pay your cleaner directly within 24h of the service:
• £15 per hour for regular cleaning
Payment can be made by BACS (bank transfer) or cash.
Monthly Company Invoice
Separately, you will receive a monthly invoice from Tidy Touch Housekeeping Maidstone Ltd for the management service:
• Fixed monthly service fee
Payment can be made via standing order or BACS.
Your monthly fee is tailored to your service and is built on the number of cleaning hours you normally have each week.
(based on £5 per hour)
We take your usual weekly hours and convert them into one simple, fixed monthly amount.
This fee covers all our support, admin, scheduling, matching you with a vetted cleaner, insurance and ongoing customer care.

Unlike most cleaning companies/agencies, we are NOT asking you to sign any contract, as we believe mutual trust is the foundation of all our working relationships. However, at least 24h notice must be provided before your appointment, or a month's notice if you decide to cancel the service in full, or you will be charged the full service/invoice price.
