At Tidy Touch Housekeeping, we care about the health of your home, your family, and our environment. We prioritise the use of eco-friendly and low-tox products wherever possible, and many of our regular cleaning routines are carried out using these options.

However, we also believe in being realistic and transparent.
Some specialist tasks, such as deep cleaning, mould removal, limescale treatment, or tackling stubborn build-up, occasionally require stronger, non-eco products to ensure the best results and proper hygiene standards.

Our promise is simple:
We always choose the safest and most eco-friendly option that will do the job properly, and we never use stronger products unless they are genuinely needed.

If you have preferences, sensitivities, or want an eco-only service, we’re always happy to discuss this and tailor the cleaning to suit your needs.

• For all new clients, cleaning products and equipment are to be provided at the property.

Our cleaners will arrive with a basic personal cleaning kit (such as cloths, sponges and small hand tools) so they can work         efficiently using the tools they are familiar with. However, larger equipment and cleaning products must be available on site.  

Existing clients (Prior December 2025), are not affected by this change.

• For one-off deep cleans, we provide all cleaning products and equipment as part of the service.

• Please note: The following are not included in the standard price unless agreed in advance: oven interiors, inside cupboards, inside the fridge, carpets, and property exteriors.

• Cancellations under 24 hours will be fully charged.

​​

• Minimum booking to maintain consistent standards:
  • 2 hours weekly
  • 3 hours fortnightly

• We no longer provide regular monthly cleaning however, monthly requests can still be accommodated as one-off services.
