At Tidy Touch Housekeeping, we care about the health of your home, your family, and our environment. We prioritise the use of eco-friendly and low-tox products wherever possible, and many of our regular cleaning routines are carried out using these options.

However, we also believe in being realistic and transparent.
Some specialist tasks, such as deep cleaning, mould removal, limescale treatment, or tackling stubborn build-up, occasionally require stronger, non-eco products to ensure the best results and proper hygiene standards.

We always choose the safest and most eco-friendly option that will do the job properly, and we never use stronger products unless they are genuinely needed.

If you have preferences, sensitivities, or want an eco-only service, we’re always happy to discuss this and tailor the cleaning to suit your needs.

• All cleaning supplies and clothes are provided; however, for hygiene, we ask you to supply a feather duster, mop, and a working vacuum.

​

• For move-in/out cleans, we’ll bring our vacuum and mop at no extra cost.

Please note: oven interiors, carpets, and property exteriors are not included in the price.

• Cancellations under 24 hours will be fully charged.

• Minimum booking: 2 hours.
