The following conditions apply to our carpet and upholstery cleaning service.

⚠️ We are not specialised in cleaning vegetable fibre carpet, therefore we are not able to offer the service for this type of carpet. 

​

⚠️ Furniture Moving: For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture. If you would like the area under furniture to be cleaned, please ensure the room is ready before our arrival.

​

⚠️ Carpet Protection: A protective solution is used to help prevent mildew, but this does not make carpets stain-proof.

​

⚠️ Drying Time: Carpets typically take 4–8 hours to dry, depending on factors such as humidity, airflow, type of carpet, and room temperature. In some cases, drying may take up to 24 hours.

⚠️ Ventilation: For faster drying, we recommend keeping windows open or using fans and heating as appropriate.

​​

⚠️ Foot Traffic: Please avoid walking on freshly cleaned carpets until they are fully dry to prevent re-soiling or slipping hazards.

We do our very best to make your carpets look and feel fresh again, using professional machines and products. That said, there are a few things worth keeping in mind:

​

• Not every stain will completely disappear. Some marks (like old spills, paint, dye, rust, or pet accidents) may only lighten rather than vanish.

​​

• Age and fibre matter. The type of carpet and how long the stain has been there can affect the result.

​​

• Permanent damage can’t be cleaned away. Things like bleach spots, burns, or worn patches can’t be fixed by cleaning.

​​

• Odours may improve, but not always go away. Deep smells, especially pet-related, can sometimes linger.

​​

• No 100% promises. We’ll always use the safest and most effective methods, but results will vary from carpet to carpet.

• Please note that our service focuses on professional carpet cleaning, not full carpet restoration. What you may see on social media, carpets appearing brand new, back to their original colour and shape, is typically restoration work/ deep cleaning, which involves larger industrial machines and specialist chemicals. Our cleaning process will significantly improve the freshness and appearance of your carpet, but we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or marks. Even with restoration services/deep cleaning, complete stain removal is not always possible.

Minimum Call-Out Notice

Please note that a minimum call-out charge of £120 applies to all carpet, upholstery, and mattress cleaning services. This is due to the specialist equipment and preparation required for these treatments.
